Harder than it looks--this guy makes it look easy. I tried this once, and ended up fashioning a makeshift corkscrew out of a drywall screw and pair of pliers from my car.

Ashamed to say I have been desperate enough to push the cork into the bottle before (without an opener)...this way looks a lot easier, and not as messy. I might not spill as much either! Ahh, a backup plan is good to have. Thanks Christina!
