Whilst much of South Africa is pretty damn hot, the Manley area is actually one of the coolest climates, which is why Stefan, the winemaker, can produce such crisp cool little Sauvignon Blancs.
This one has a big dollop of Semillon thrown in to give it a richer quality, but there's still those wonderfully herbal, gooseberry and crisp apple fruit bomb's tightly packed inside that you'd expect.
Stefan says..."Ready and waiting to drink now. Or will mature gracefully to 2016". We bet you can't wait that long!
