Our customers support talented, independent winemakers across the USA and the world, in return for access to exclusive hand-crafted wines at amazing prices. Because we fund winemakers upfront, can remove a huge chunk of the costs that would usually be passed back to the customer. started in the UK in 2008 and by 2012 Naked Wines launched in the US and later in Australia. The US business recently celebrated our 6th anniversary and we are delivering profits along with significant growth. We have a marketing, operations, finance and customer service team approaching 100 people based in Napa, and a production site in Kenwood.

Your purpose

Drive rapid new customer growth by securing partnership deals that deploy investment to deliver high quality customers

To nail your job you will:

  • Prospect for companies we should partner with
  • Identify the right people within those organisations
  • Network to build your contacts within the industry
  • Professionally represent the company in face-to-face and video conference meetings
  • Be creative with opportunities that solve strategic goals for the parter and deliver customers for us
  • Effectively pitch, sell-in and close deals
  • Own your sales pipeline end-to-end in Salesforce
  • Attend relevant industry conferences to build network
  • Understand the importance of customer quality and investment payback

How we measuer your performance:

  • Value creation (future LTV of customers recruited)
  • Minimum payback floor of 4x
  • Based on your investment levels and costs of employment
