NakedWines.com is a customer-funded online wine retailer. Because we're customer-funded, each of our customers helps to shape the way we do business. They pick the wines we sell, they help support our winemakers, and they get special benefits for doing so. This relationship of mutual trust and benefit between our company and our customers is what we strive to maintain.
At the end of the day, the most important thing about our Customer Happiness Team is not the number of sales they produce; it's how the customer is treated and the way they feel about us when they leave. Our goal is to provide 5-Star service to each and every customer.
Our motto is: we take care of you, and you take care of our customers. We provide a laid back work environment where employees come to work in flip flops and jeans.
