The crowdfunding revolution is well on its way, and there is no area where it can make as big a difference as in wine. 2 years after starting in the US, NakedWines.com is running a community that is 75,000 "Angel investors" strong, supporting over 140 winemakers around the world to create incredible wines at incredible prices.
The very best winemakers in the country have noticed our growth and some have even started working exclusively for us (Rubicon, Grange, etc.), and we're also gaining the attention of the up and coming US wine drinking audience that's hungry for a smarter way to shop for wine, at the intersection of the famous 3 C's: content, community and commerce.
The best part is that we are still in the early days, scratching the surface of the full market potential, just beginning to optimize every exciting part of the business, from customer acquisition to retention.

Are you one of those people who always goes out of their way to help those around you? Do you cringe when you see someone providing poor customer service? If so, then you might be a perfect candidate for the NakedWines.com Customer Happiness Team.
NakedWines.com is a customer-funded online wine retailer. Because we're customer-funded, each of our customers helps to shape the way we do business. They pick the wines we sell, they help support our winemakers, and they get special benefits for doing so. This relationship of mutual trust and benefit between our company and our customers is what we strive to maintain.
At the end of the day, the most important thing about our Customer Happiness Team is not the number of sales they produce; it's how the customer is treated and the way they feel about us when they leave. Our goal is to provide 5-Star service to each and every customer.
Our motto is: we take care of you, and you take care of our customers. We provide a laid back work environment where employees come to work in flip flops and jeans. We would give you competitive pay, stock options within the company, delicious wines, and 20 days of vacation to use. Plus all of our staff members are very friendly and helpful, so before long you will be coming to work with your friends. We even have a beer bell installed that excuses everyone to the bar for special occasions!
If you are over 21 years of age, hardworking, and organized, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty, then you would be a perfect fit for our team. Interest in expanding your personal wine knowledge is a must, but no wine industry experience is required. If you think you are that special person we are looking for, please get in touch with us! Those who do not feel that they could meet these minimum qualifications need not apply.
