VIRTUAL WINE TASTING Twice a month we hold a virtual wine tasting. A wine or varietal is selected beforehand and each of us taste the wine in our own location during a week long time period, hence the virtual, but the wine would be anything but virtual. Those who want to participate would taste the wine during the week set aside for the tasting. Then we would evaluate, rate and share opinions about the wine on VWT. When all the tasting notes are posted a summary is made of the VWT.
