Evangelos studied food science at (deep breath) Georgikon Panepistimion Athinon. When he moved to the states, he was actually hoping to work for a dairy farm! But that love for wine way down in his DNA soon took over...
He started out working for a small, luxury wine brand in Yountville called Cosentino before he landed in Lodi - and it’s where he’s really found his stride...
