- This fresh Oregon white is the ideal easy-sipper to fit any mood — this is one world-class white that won’t be in stock for long.
Best before
This white is ready to drink now, so enjoy. My rule of thumb is that a white wine can age well for about 4 to 6 years, but this one has already aged for a year so it is in its prime.
Serving advice
Chill, open, and enjoy. It is an easy drinker on its own, but also has enough structure to pair with almost any food. If you open it while you are cooking, you may want to have a second bottle in the fridge because it may not make it to dinner otherwise.
Food match
Boiled fresh-caught Dungeness crab, or pan-fried razor clams would be at the top of the list, but this wine would go with almost anything. Roasted, fresh-picked beet salad, or spicy Thai food are on the daily menu as well.
