About the wine
Bright and juicy Reserve Zinfandel with a barrel-aged polish

This Zinfandel tastes great now but will definitely develop for the next 3 - 5 years. This will only be getting more delicious over time.
Serving advice
Decant this red 30 minutes before drinking - around 60-65ºF is the perfect temperature.
Food match
For a unique pairing, try this Zin alongside grilled eggplant generously topped with parmesan and fresh oregano. It's also great with roast lamb, rib-eye steak and chocolate.
