- Evangelos sourced his grapes for this Cabernet from a pair of prized Lodi vineyards and barrel-aged the wine for 18 months in French oak for an enhanced texture.
- With 6 years of aging already, this Cabernet’s flavors have started to develop a layer of complexity that will only continue to deepen with more time. With the potential to age for at least another decade, this is one Cab you could enjoy right away or store for years to come.

This Cabernet has the power and structure to age anywhere between 10 to 15 years if stored properly.
