A stunningly vibrant Viognier full of intense, tropical fruit

    • Overflowing with exotic fruit flavors, Stephen’s voluptuous Viognier is rich, juicy and endlessly refreshing.
    • This wine was sent "direct to press", no crushing. That's why this Gold Country white is full of such fresh fruit... what you expect from a good Viognier!
    • Watch a buttery braise of lemon and garlic clams jump to life when this Viognier joins the party. Chill it down, give a generous splash to the pan, then sip, sip away.

Aging advice
Because I've blended in a small portion of Calaveras County sourced fruit this Viognier will improve with age for the next year or two. Maybe longer.

Serving advice
Please serve this Viognier cool but not cold. This allows you to taste all the fruit flavors, nothing is hiding. A few moments in the glass would help too.

Local food match
Lately we've been enjoying our wines with sautéed clams braised in a white wine sauce composed of saffron, garlic and a dash of lemon poured over fresh home made pasta.
