Because I've blended in a small portion of Calaveras County sourced fruit this Viognier will improve with age for the next year or two. Maybe longer.
Please serve this Viognier cool but not cold. This allows you to taste all the fruit flavors, nothing is hiding. A few moments in the glass would help too.

Lately we've been enjoying our wines with sautéed clams braised in a white wine sauce composed of saffron, garlic and a dash of lemon poured over fresh home made pasta.
