I've had previous vintages age well for 10 years and more. This wine won't be an exception. I'm confident in its ability to go the distance.
Serving advice
I'd open the wine up when I start the grill. That way the wine will be ready when you put the lamb skewers on. Multi-tasking.
Food match
I just happened to find a new favorite food to pair with my Clockspring Zinfandel - Porcini mushrooms tossed in a duck confit brown sauce over country bread slices with a whole fried duck egg on top. All earthy and rich and a nice complement to my Clockspring with a touch of pepper.

- Stephen is no stranger to gold medals, but usually his prestigious employers are the only ones in the limelight.
- We offered Stephen some Angel funding to set aside some of his favorites wines and vineyards to make a special range with his name on the label just for us, and he jumped at the opportunity.
