It ages nicely, so keep a bottle with patience, but because of its bold and smooth tannins, it is great to drink now to see the fresh fruit from the Molina-Andes terroir too!

Give it some time before drinking, letting it breathe for about 30 to 60 minutes.

Being an independent winemaker in Chile is rare, and Irene leads the way. With over 20 years of experience, she is a highly sought-after winemaking consultant and manages her own vineyard estate...
... that’s where her Angel-funded wines come from. She’s made wines for Chile's big names (including San Pedro and Sena, Robert Mondavi’s Chilean brand with Eduardo Chadwick) but her very favorite consultant is YOU.
