Jac Cole Mosaico Sonoma County 2013
About the wine
Powerful Cabernet-Malbec blend
- Have you ever had a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec? These two grapes both come from the same part of the world, round abouts Bordeaux in France, but they've taken very different roads to become famous single varietal wines.
- Well Jac's brought them back together to make this dangerously powerful, full-bodied wine. Two thirds Cab, one third Malbec, and 100% guaranteed to please.
- My mouth starts watering at the thought of a huge glass of this dark, brooding wine paired with a deliciously seasoned pork tenderloin.

Wine profile
Meet the winemaker - Jac Cole
- A master winemaker who was cellar master at Stag's Leap, and winemaker at Charles Krug and Cliff Lede Winery (back before it was called Cliff Lede)
- Jac loves making wine but finds that he spends way too much time selling it. He's an old buddy of Ken Deis and Leigh Meyering and they told him about Angel funding...
- You gave him his dream job, so you deserve to taste the amazing range of wines he's making exclusively for you.
