Aging advice
My Diamond Durif is delicious now for those lovers of big, fruit driven, powerful reds. It will continue to drink well for the next 15 years until 2032, when it will soften and develop some lovely leathery and earthy characters, often complexity to its sweet fruit core.

Serving advice
I recommend opening and decanting (if possible) for two to three hours prior to serving. Ideal serving temperature is 14-18°C.
