Kimbao Sauvignon Blanc 2016
About the wine
Nice and fresh - this crisp white is in its best moment.
- A zippy little number perfect for porchside sipping. The vineyards are in the coolest part of the Casablanca Valley so the grapes ripen slowly and preserve their lush exotic aromas.
- Hand-harvested in the wee hours of the morning and brought to the nearby winery, they are pressed off instantly so the wine is fresh and crisp.
- This is a ridiculous value for such a quality white wine. Stash it in a bucket of ice, sip nice and cold, and forget alllll about winter.

Wine profile
Meet the winemaker - Constanza Schwaderer
- Constanza is an award-winning winemaker with great pedigrees and oodles of 90+ Parker scores. She had a nice job at big time Chilean wineries.
- But when she tried to promote a small group of indie winemakers in Chile, she lost her position – for defending the little guy. Now, with Angel funding, she's back to making the wines she loves – and doing a heck of a job!
- If you love juicy wines, Coni is going to knock your socks off every day of the week with big fruity wines that always overdeliver.
