About the wine
Every year, Matt makes more... and every year, this Napa Cab sells out quicker
- Matt knows exactly what you love about a Napa Cab - and he's made one of the world's most luxurious reds just plain fun to drink.
- Not just anybody can harvest fruit from the top vineyards he can - and he uses that exclusive access to bring you a mouthwatering red flush with bold, ripe berries, plums... even spicy-sweet notes like mocha.
- Give this wine a proper decant while you grill a nice thick piece of juicy steak. It could only get better if you had an extra bottle of this 94% rated beauty on the side.
Best before
The wine was made to enjoy young as most Angels drink as soon as they purchase. My advise would be to give the wine at least a year in the cellar, but ideally 2 or 4 years to be at it's best. The wine will age up to 5 to 7 years.
Serving advice
The wine will benefit from decanting to let it open up and mellow prior to drinking - about an hour. Serving at cellar temperature also make a big difference - ~55F (13C).
Food match
This wine is very versatile but recommended with steak - perfect combo.
Contains sulphites
