Meaghan Hodge & Stephen Millier Esmeralda Vineyard Chardonnay 2019
About the wine
Fresh and fruity single-vineyard Chardonnay from the heart of the Sierra Foothills
- Bright and bursting with a bounty of light fruity flavor, this Chardonnay is delectably smooth with touches of tangy citrus and a refreshing crispness you can’t say ‘no’ to.
- Meaghan and Stephen set out to make a stunning and oh-so sippable Chardonnay from their beloved Sierra Foothills, so with your support, they went straight for the Esmeralda Vineyard, one of the best-kept secret spots for perfectly ripe Chardonnay in all of Calaveras County.
- This grandfather-grandaughter winemaking duo insist – a Chardonnay this bright and brimming with fruit calls for a classic pairing of Fettuccini, lightly dusted with Parmesan and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.

Aging for three to four years should be optimum for this unique blend.
