Bright Brut Rosé from a California sparkling legend
- This delicate dry Brut Rosé dazzles with a mouthful of ultra-fine bubbles and a splash of juicy strawberry and raspberry, masterfully crafted by your very own iconic sparkling winemaker Rob McNeill.
- With your support behind him, Rob was able to go all out on this sparkling Rosé and even added a dash of Russian River Pinot Noir to the blend to give your wine an extra luxurious layer of lush berry flavor.
- The best sparkling pairings? That’s easy, Rob says: “mimosas at breakfast, with an omelette and a slice of melon. For lunch, perhaps a nice veggie salad with goat cheese. Dinner: sparkling goes well with fish or fried chicken!"

Your splendid sparkling Rosé is ready to be enjoyed as soon as it reaches your table. If you plan to hold on to a bottle for a special occasion, just be sure to enjoy it within a year so the fruit flavors are their absolute freshest.
Serving advice
Never point the cork at anybody while opening. Once the wire hood is unwound, always keep your hand on the cork. If the cork breaks during opening, never use a cork screw as this may cause the bottle to explode.

For breakfast make a mimosa and enjoy this sparkling with an omelet and a slice of melon. For a crisp snack, potato chips make a great pairing thanks to their salt and the acidity of the bubbly working together. For lunch, try pairing it with a nice veggie salad with goat cheese.
