About the wine
This refreshing, fruity and perfectly crisp Pinot Grigio is lively Italian white at its finest
- This seriously refreshing Pinot Grigio from Italian superstar Paolo is chock full of light and luscious fruit flavors like ripe green apple and juicy pear, with a delicate, delectable texture you’ll be remembering for days.
- With your support, Paolo was able to harvest impeccable Pinot Grigio fruit from the world-famous region right near Venice, where some of Italy's juiciest, finest white wine grapes grow.
- A mouthwatering white like this is just begging for a charcuterie spread complete with thinly-sliced prosciutto, some creamy cheese and a warm, crusty baguette. Ciao bella!

Wine profile
Meet the winemaker - Paolo Sacchetto
- Paolo Sacchetto is the third generation of his family to make Italian white wine, and it's what he was meant to do ever since he popped out into the world.
When you hear the phrase 'family business,' this time it's not just marketing clap trap. His 78-year-old father still turns up to work every day, and there are cousins and siblings working in virtually every nook and cranny of the winery his grandfather founded.
While Paolo specializes in Prosecco, he's got a few pet projects in the back of the house and thanks to Angel funding we've been able to bring those small production dreams to life.
