Sam's ravishing and refined red is a true Down Under delight

- Sam sourced this smash-hit Shiraz from three vineyards nestled in his home region of Central Victoria, where growing conditions give him picture-perfect Shiraz and Angel support helps him and his community thrive.
- Take it from Sam, nothing goes better with “the barbie” than this seriously sultry Shiraz. For a perfect summertime pairing, a char-grilled steak is just the ticket.
Best before
I love the lifted aromatics and primary fruit flavors, so my suggestion is to drink and enjoy it over the next 2 years. But some people will age it for 5-7 years for more savory flavors.
Serving advice
Serve at a coolish room temperature say 60-64ºF.
Food match
A versatile, full-bodied red which will go well with all kinds of meat-based dishes. For me, it's delicious with char-grilled steak!
