This mighty Cattoo Malbec delivers luxurious layers of decadent dark fruit flavors like black cherry and ripe, juicy plum, backed by a soft touch of barrel spice and a silky, melt-in-your-mouth smoothness.

Paso Robles is Sharon's home turf, so she got her pick of its richest, ripest fruit. After selecting grapes from several small lots, she barrel-aged your Malbec for 9 months in French oak, just to give it a bit of added decadence!

Serving advice
Please don't open this wine on the day that you receive it, I recommend waiting a minimum of two weeks to allow wine to recover from shipping. This is a young wine and decanting this wine for 60 mins prior will allow the flavors and aromatics to fully develop and give the wine a smoother taste.

- It started as a few odd jobs in the cellar, and turned into a winemaking gig. Over 30 years later, Sharon can't imagine ever wanting to do anything else.
- Working as a custom crush winemaker, Sharon's responsible for some seriously great wines – thousands over her twenty-year career. But she's always disappointed after the wine's shipped off... all that hard work, and she never hears what becomes of it!
