About the wine
Seductively smooth red from an Angel-turned-winemaker!
- Tom's an Angel-turned-winemaker – and his luscious red blend does a good job of making this whole viticulture thing look effortless.
- This is a rich, plummy blend with a great lip-smacking finish, aged in American and exotic Hungarian oak barrels. Tom says the combo makes the best flavors come out in the wine, and gives it a great mouthfeel.
- Toss a couple of marinated lamb chops on the grill - dunked in peppery spices - and chow down with a glass of this Shula red by your side. The perfect match.
Best before
This wine will improve for at least 3-5 years. It will be enjoyable upon release provided it is given adequate time to breathe.
Serving advice
Please decant or aerate for 30-60 minutes minimum when young. Shortly after release, consider tasting one glass and enjoying the rest on Day 2.
