Your specialist in Southern Oregon's Rogue Valley
After having a wine moment with an Oregon Cabernet Sauvignon, Scott and his family went all in in 2006 – never looking back – buying a ranch in Rogue Valley where they planted vineyards from scratch.
Scott’s made wine from different areas for over 25 years – but Southern Oregon’s warmest and driest region won his heart. There, he can make his beloved Cabernet Sauvignon and other varieties – his way. The Rogue Valley isn’t Oregon Pinot country – it’s something new – and spectacular.
Because of you, Scott can focus on making gems like Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Viognier for Angels who would not have discovered them otherwise – while supporting his dream of making Oregon wines future-forward in many ways – his production facility is even 100% solar powered! Win-win.

Last year Kyle was spending her days in virtual school with her 9th graders and her free time learning about wine. Kyle was eager to take her wine education further, so she took a chance. One application to The Roots Fund, one year and four plane tickets to Napa later — now her dreams are taking flight.
Kyle is the honoree recipient of Naked & The Roots Fund’s Emerging Vintner Program and has been funded to craft her own exclusive wines in Napa Valley — with none other than winemaking legend Daniel Baron as her mentor (sharing all of his winemaking stories while hiking steep blocks!).
From teacher to student, Kyle is getting a crash course on winemaking — from first crush to putting her very own label on her very first bottles of wine that she’s making just for you. Follow Kyle’s inspiring journey and see what happens when passion and opportunity meet!

Years Angel funded: 2019-2023
Paso Robles wine growers Randy & Cheryl Phillips firmly believe in miracles — particularly, their Miracles Ranch estate — a sweeping 100-acre vineyard property they planted back in 1992 way before this Central Coast wine town developed a world-class reputation.
They've cemented their place in Paso Robles wine history as early grapegrowers of a now prestigious region. Their grapes have been sold to famous wineries for years and years, featured in iconic blends that sell upwards of $60 per bottle.
Now you're getting special access to the wines handcrafted from their award-winning vineyards. By funding this husband-wife team you’re getting exclusive access to Cabernet, Syrah and more from their historic paradise off Oakdale Road.

Unmistakably one of the North Coast’s top winemaking talents, Ondine Chattan’s worked for wine institutions – famed wineries like Ridge Vineyards, Cline Cellars, and spent decades running famed Healdsburg winery Geyser Peak.
Does Geyser Peak sound familiar? It should – it’s the long-time winemaking home of one legendary Daryl Groom – and it’s where these decades-long colleagues and friends met. They’re still close… in fact, they might collaborate on exclusive wines now and again.*wink.*
Ondine is awestruck by the wine community Angels have built – and she wants to help it grow. “I truly connect to people through the wines I make,” she said. “The stories of the growers, the vineyards, and the process behind the wine are as vital to me as grapes.”

The de Wet’s are one of the longest-serving and most successful winemaking families in Robertson Valley. With your funding, they’ve built a world-famous brand in Arabella – and the highest-rated, best-selling regional Reserve Cab in Naked history.
Stephen’s made wine from the family vineyard since the tender age of 17 and he’s passed his passion onto son Jamie, who now makes wines hand-in-hand with Dad at the de Wet’s 16th-generation family farm.
...and thanks to Angels, the de Wet boys make more crowd-pleasing Arabella wines than pretty much all your winemakers put together. To be precise – in a stacking contest, the total number of wines they’ve made for you beats the height of 226 Everests. Talk about the peak of a career!
