About the wine
Ana's on a mission to make you fall in love with a whole new wine
- Two of Ana's favorite wines are largely unknown to American wine drinkers. It's this woman's mission to change that...
- ... so she expertly wove Touriga and Tempranillo into a lusty, powerful, medium-bolded red. This is an incredibly special mix – it's hard to find anywhere in the U.S.! Don't miss your chance to taste the rare wine YOU made possible.
- This blend is actually part of a trio of Portuguese reds Ana's made from Amador County. Collect all three while you can!
Best before
This wine can be enjoyed right away, but will also age very nicely over the next 5 8 years.
However, if you choose to enjoy it now, you're in for a treat.
Serving advice
Absolutely!!!
I have an important opening advice:
As a young red wine, please be sure to let it breathe before enjoying it I recommend opening it 1 - 2 hours before consumption.
Another great option is to either decant it or to have the wine go through an aerator.
But please pour yourself a glass while you wait its really fun to sip the wine while you wait, and to see how it changes in the glass.
Food match
Any Italian inspired dishes will pair beautifully with this red blend. Pizza is on top of my list.
I recently tried it with a homemade roasted chicken and the paring was perfect. Simple Sunday dinner!!
I also love it with a great cheese platter and (lots) of crunchy bread.
Contains sulphites
