About the wine
Elegant, barrel-aged red straight from world-famous French Camp Vineyards
- Dark fruit flavors of rich plum and black cherry take centerstage in this bold, silky-smooth red blend from one of California’s most famous vineyards and the legacy winegrowing brothers who tend it.
- With your support, Nicholas and Marshall rounded up the finest grapes from their family’s own world-famous French Camp Vineyard in the Paso Robles Highlands, and gave your wine extra love in the winery to let every ounce of signature French Camp flavor shine to its fullest.
- “Meritage” means the Millers took a page from the classic blends of Bordeaux and brought together a medley of their best Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc and a small touch of Petite Verdot, then fittingly barrel-aged it all in French oak for a supremely elegant smoothness.
Best before
This rich red blend is meant to be enjoyed now, but it will also age well for the next two to three years.
Serving advice
No need to decant this wine, simply uncork it, swirl it, sip it and enjoy! Repeat as necessary.
Food match
Red wine braised short ribs, beef bourguignon or cedar-planked grilled salmon would all make perfect pairings with this Meritage.

Wine profile
Meet the winemaker - Nicholas & Marshall Miller
Brothers Nicholas and Marshall Miller are 5th generation farmers, and they’ve tended to the most famous vineyards along the California coast – Bien Nacido and French Camp – practically since birth.
Seriously, put those vineyards’ names in an internet browser. Hundreds of famous and pricey wines pop up – but none have the Miller name on the bottle. Why? When you have famous fruit like theirs, it’s promised to other winemakers years in advance…
With your funding, they signed a new contract – with themselves. Now, these grape growers-turned-producers are making their own wines from the coastal land they love so dearly – including Santa Barbara and Paso Robles. This is what Angel support is all about!
