About the wine
Double Gold Medal Oregon Rosé
- Light fruit flavors race through this pale pink Rosé, like splashes of raspberry, grapefruit and strawberry, with a slight citrusy touch and an oh-so-refreshing finish.
- Your funding helped Chris source the Pinot Noir for this Rosé from multiple vineyards throughout the northern Willamette Valley, Oregon’s world-famous Pinot country. Willamette Valley vineyards had lower crop yields in 2020, which resulted in grapes with richer, more concentrated flavors.
- This Rosé is a great easy-sipper all on its own, or can pair wonderfully with a wide range of foods. Chris’s personal favorite pairing with this Rosé is either a plate of fresh fruit or summer barbecued chicken.
Best before
This wine is ready to drink now. Open and enjoy, it will be a huge hit anytime, but especially when it is warm outside. It can age for up to 4+ years, but will be best within the first 2 years.
Serving advice
Chill, open, and enjoy. The aromatics and flavors will get more intense as it warms in your glass. Enjoy it chilled on the back patio or with a meal, but give it time in your glass to get the full experience.
Food match
For me, Rosé is so versatile, it is great for sipping by itself or with almost any food from fresh fruit to barbecue. I would recommend spicy street tacos, summer barbecued chicken or even a fruit salad.
