About the wine
Reserve Cabernet from an unexpected place
- This super limited barrel-aged Cab is downright mesmerizing, both in color (hello, crimson) and rich, ripe flavor.
- You might not know Lodi for its aged reds, but after this, you'll want to. David amplified this Lodi fruit and it's ready to play with the Napa big league - at a quarter of the price.
- Think rich, toasty, and oh-so-savory. Best sipped with a flame-kissed ribeye - or, if you're feeling adventurous, chocolate covered bacon.
Best before
This will cellar well, but it's drinking beautifully now!
Serving advice
Let it breathe 45 min - 1 hour before serving.
Food match
Match age with age: Try pairing with a dry-aged steak seasoned with a little salt & pepper
Contains sulphites
