Domaine Barossa Black Tongue Shiraz 2010
About the wine
.
- There's Aussie Shiraz and then there's, well...Aussie Shiraz supersized...and we're giving you three guesses as to which this little beauty is.
- Previous vintages have won top awards for their big, bold statement of rich plum mixed with a wonderful streak of dark dark chocolate, coated with lovely big, creamy oak flavors. A tour de force with each mouthful.
- Find a good butcher and buy every piece of aged beef you can, then get some friends around and crack several bottles of this open.
