About the wine
Luscious, high-end Lodi Zin for any night of the week
Next time you’re craving a ripe, bright red that’s fresher and fruitier than a jar of blackberry jam, with superb balance and an elegant finish – this Reserve Zin is the answer!
With your funding, Evangelos made the lion’s share of this wine with pristine grapes sourced from meticulously-tended Lodi vineyards, harvesting at the perfect moment for an unbelievably lively red. Then he even aged the wine for 10 months in French oak for a smoothness that’s the perfect cherry on top!
While estate Reserve Zinfandel from Lodi can go for $20-$30 a bottle, Angel funding means Evangelos can work with the special vineyards the world loves – and bring their famous wines back to you for an everyday price.

This wine tastes great now, but will definitely keep developing for the next 3-5 years. It will only be getting more delicious over time.
Serving advice
Decant for 30 minutes before drinking. 60-65ºF is the perfect temperature.
Food match
For a unique pairing, try this red alongside grilled eggplant generously topped with parmesan and fresh oregano. It's also great with roast lamb, rib eye steak and chocolate.
