About the wine
First-rate, powerhouse red straight from sunny southern Spain
- Powerfully ripe, juicy and complex, Franck’s luscious Spanish red is loaded with layer after layer of deep dark berry flavors, backed by just a touch of savory earthiness.
- Thanks to your funding, Franck could get his hands on Carignan and Grenache straight from the world-renowned Priorat region in southern Catalan. For a top-shelf red that would be 3 or 4 times more expensive on the shelves of a wine shop or in a restaurant, you’ve come to the right place.
- After 12 months of aging in expensive oak, Franck’s red is unbelievably elegant and smooth, without sacrificing any horsepower. For best results, open a bottle and let it breathe for a bit while you whip up a hearty rib-eye or mouthwatering cut of steak, then let your tastebuds dance the night away!

Will age well for at least 5-8 years, but it could be kept for over 10 years or more.
Serving advice
It is a wine that can be enjoyed straight away, as it has a few years on bottle that makes the wine rounder and fruit forward but also could be kept in the cellar for a few more years as it is capable to age for over 10 years easily. Decanting always helps to aerate the wine, so if you have any at home, do not hesitate to take it and give it a good shake!
Food match
It is wine of great definition that would match superbly with a pan fried ribeye of beef served simply with triple cooked chips. Other favorite dishes are robust butifarra sausages, a hearty veal and mushroom dish called fricandó, and roasted vegetables served with the tangy "romesco" sauce.
