Hearts & Bones Angeli Cabernet Sauvignon 2013
About the wine
Nothing less than pure Australian Cabernet magic
- Cabernet Sauvignon and Australia's southwest Margaret River growing region are a match made in heaven - perfect in every way!
- This wine is full of intense fruit and hypnotic aromatics like coffee, chocolate, and hefty herbs-- its huge structure will allow it to develop for many years.
- This stunningly complex wine will be best enjoyed between now and 2030. It's loaded with buckets of fruit and plenty of body: the killer combo that lets wine drink beautifully now, and age for over a decade more
Best before
Buy some now... while you can! Try one this year, then hide the rest away somewhere, and drink one a year for the next 12 years.
Serving advice
Decanting certainly helps the wine aromatics to lift, and the palate to come together.
It is also worth trying some on the night of opening, and some the next night. While it is a young wine, it is likely to be better day two.
Food match
Roasted lamb or venison
Contains sulphites
