About the wine
Australia is the perfect place to grow this rich, smoooth grape
- Everything about Jen's Tempranillo makes us smile. It's got that vibrant purple color, juicy flavor bits like dark berries and chocolate... just like Ms. Pfeiffer, it's just plain fun.
- Angels love Jen (who wouldn't?) and demanded more and more of her wines for the USA... so we grabbed all the Tempranillo we could muster to please the masses.
- Consider this red your ultimate BBQ buddy - it goes with anything grilled and everything savory. Try it with a BBQ sausage pizza! Gooey cheese, spicy meat and a crisped up crust are magical with this wine.

My Rebel Tempranillo is delicious now and will reward cellaring until 2022.
Serving advice
I recommend opening my Rebel Tempranillo (and decanting if possible) 2 hours prior to serving. Serving temperature of 60-62F in winter is great, but don't be afraid to chill my Rebel Tempranillo this summer to around 50-52F.

My Rebel Tempranillo is the ultimate BBQ buddy!!! The savory nature of the tannins in this wine make it perfectly suited for chargrilled meats and vegetables... from chicken to beef, to mushrooms and bell peppers!

Jen grew up in a winemaking family and has been sipping legendary Australian wines from an early age. She's been able to travel widely and honed her craft with some of the best names in the business in France and Portugal before coming home to Australia
