Matt Iaconis California Albarino 2018
About the wine
Crisp, tart and dramatically aromatic - the perfect summer sipper
- This citrusy stunner is as racy and vibrant as its neon green label. One sip, and you'll know - summer's here!
- Harvested from cool, breezy vineyards along the California Delta, Matt’s kept the winemaking process simple to show off Albariño's naturally bright and fresh flavors.
- Matt’s refreshingly crisp Albariño is a sure thing for lazy sun-drenched afternoons, but wines like this have a tendency to run out of stock. Don’t be that guy, get prepared before the weather turns hot.
Best before
Drink now! While many Albariño wines are known to age for 5 to 7 years, this wine is usually best consumed a year or two after the vintage. This ensures that the wine will maintain its trademark acidity and bold, fruity aromas.
Serving advice
Serve chilled but not too cold!
Food match
Pair with your favorite seafood. Personal favorites include shrimp, scallops, crab and octopus. This wine also tastes great with softer Brie-style cheeses, Chevre and feta. For the vegetarians, try with meals that feature jicama, cucumber and avocado.
Contains sulphites
