Bright, fruity Sauvignon Blanc flush with reviving summery flavors
- Ripe, juicy peach and a light, citrusy lemon tang mingle with hypnotizing complexity in Katy and Justin’s Sauvignon Blanc, with a finish so smooth and crisp you’ll be thinking of it for days.
- Angels helped this Washington winemaking couple source Sauv Blanc from a pair of primo Columbia Valley vineyards, balancing the tastebud-tingling citrusy character from a cooler valley corner with the more fruity and tropical flavors in the riper grapes from a slightly warmer pocket.
- For a zippy Northwest sipper you can savor all summer, Katy and Justin’s Sauv Blanc is just the ticket. Grab a bottle and complete any picnic or afternoon sunbathing on the porch.

How long does it take to chill a bottle once you open the case? I would say that is all the aging this wine should need. It will age for a couple of years but is made to drink now.
Serving advice
We like to drink it cold. The colder it is the more the acidity pops. If you want more fruit let it warm up a little and enjoy.
Food match
It goes wonderfully with seafood. I'm thinking a nice grilled Halibut with mango chutney. It has the acidity to stand up to some spicy food, or even a cream sauce. The main thing is to have fun and enjoy.

Katy and Justin Michaud are two of Washington's most talented young winemakers – the folks behind award-winning wines at Canoe Ridge, Kim Crawford, Covey Run and Coyote Canyon.
They’ve had huge success individually - and thanks to Angels, this husband-wife duo are creating their own wines together (for the first time ever!) They’re psyched to join forces and introduce more spectacular cool-climate wines to Angels across the US.
