Sacchetto Prosecco Superiore Col de L'Utìa 2013
About the wine
Top shelf fizz from your King of Prosecco
- Paolo is the King of Prosecco and even though our Italian is rusty, we know what "Superiore" means!
- Crisper and creamier than Cava, with a less brutal fizz than Champagne, this tongue-tingling tipple is the really top shelf fizz that usually doesn't even leave the country, but you can get your hands on it thanks to our special relationship with Paolo.
- Bubbles this tasty don't even require a special occasion. Stick this in the fridge and pop a bottle just because the sun is shining..

Wine profile
Meet the winemaker - Paolo Sacchetto
- Paolo Sacchetto is the third generation of his family to make Italian white wine, and it's what he was meant to do ever since he popped out into the world.
When you hear the phrase 'family business,' this time it's not just marketing clap trap. His 78-year-old father still turns up to work every day, and there are cousins and siblings working in virtually every nook and cranny of the winery his grandfather founded.
While Paolo specializes in Prosecco, he's got a few pet projects in the back of the house and thanks to Angel funding we've been able to bring those small production dreams to life.
