Rabbit & Spaghetti Icon Reserve Shiraz 2017
About the wine
Adam saved some tantalizing, top-shelf Reserve Shiraz just for you
- This is a decadent and inky red from the most iconic Shiraz vineyards on the continent. G'day, soulmate.
- Harvested from the "Adelaide Super Zone" (the vineyards within Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, and Clare Valley) Adam sought out the most “gnarly, old, and well-loved” vines. They produce less grapes, but they're intense, full-bodied and packed with incredibly rich texture.
- ...and every famous drop was hand-harvested and handcrafted. Thanks to you, this small-batch Shiraz (just 400 cases exist!) was given every bit of tender care imaginable - now it’s your treasure to enjoy.
Best before
You can drink it now but will cellar for some years to come. OK, 10+ years in the right cellaring conditions.
Serving advice
Let it breathe...it will open up with decanting. Share only with the people you love or you will regret not keeping it all to yourself! Only drink from glasses you are prepared to break. You don't have to save this for a special occasion - just being you is special enough.
Food match
We love to drink this with meals like Amy's mouthwatering slow-roasted beef with roasted parsnip puree and buttery green beans but will drink equally as well with many, many combinations. The sky is the limit.
Contains sulphites
