This red blend can age in your cellar for the next 2 - 4 years.
However, if you choose to enjoy it now, you're in for a treat.

We have an important opening advice:
As a young red wine, please be sure to let it breathe before enjoying it - we recommend opening it 1 - 2 hours before consumption.
Another great option, is to either decant it or to have the wine go through an aerator.
Food match
We love this wine with pizza, especially what we like to call "grown up pizza". Fancy word for pizza with any toppings you, the grown up, loves :))
It will be great with all the winter staples - roasts and stews.
However, it is smooth and fruit forward - it will be great on its own too.
