About the wine
Lightly sparkling Rosé from your 3-generation specialist in Italian bubbly
- This fresh, pale pink easy-sipping bubbly brings your tastebuds a bright set of red fruit flavors and citrusy tang, making every sip a lightly sparkling delight.
- It’s primo Italian Rosé – frizzante style! This means the bubbles have a little less kick than your usual sparkling wine, letting the flavors shine through in each soft, savory sip.
- This fizzy frizzante pairs perfectly with a big plate of charcuterie, preferably on a sunny deck. Untie the string, pop the cork and call it a day!
Best before
This sparkling Rosé is made to be enjoyed immediately, and can age well for the next 18-24 months depending on the temperature and lighting of the place where it is stored.
Serving advice
Serve this crisp bubbly Rosé at around 44-46ºF.
Food match
This pink sipper perfectly accompanies light salami hors-doeuvres, soup, white meat and vegetable pies.

Wine profile
Meet the winemaker - Paolo Sacchetto
- Paolo Sacchetto is the third generation of his family to make Italian white wine, and it's what he was meant to do ever since he popped out into the world.
-
When you hear the phrase 'family business', this time it's not just marketing clap trap. His 78 year old father still turns up to work every day, and there's cousins and siblings working in virtually every nook and cranny of the winery his grandfather founded.
-
While Paolo specializes in Prosecco, he's got a few pet projects in the back of the house and thanks to Angel funding we've been able to bring those small production dreams to life.
