This wine will have two lives. My preference is to drink it over the next year or two and enjoy the primary fruit flavours. But this wine has capacity to age for up to 5 years, and I know some people will prefer it when it has become softer and developed the savoury more complex flavours of a maturing red.
No need to decant. Ideally serve at 16-18C
