I love the lifted aromatics and primary fruit flavours, so my suggestion is to drink and enjoy it over the next 2 years. But some people will age it for 5-7 years for more savoury flavours.

Serve at a coolish room temperature say 16-18C

A versatile full bodied red which will go well with all kinds of meat based dishes. For me, delicious with char grilled steak!
