Stepp Gewurztraminer 2018
About the wine
Scintillating semi-dry white from the heart of Pfalz, Germany
Light, bright and white, with a tang of citrus and whiff of rose petal that make this easy sipper a semi-dry delight from beginning to end.
Because of you, Gerd got to work with single vineyards in the Pfalz region of Germany, personally checking the grapes before harvest to pick them at just the right time for the perfect ripeness.
It’s hard to pronounce and not much easier to find, especially at prices like this. For helping Gerd bring more of this scrumptious white to the world, Angels get it for only $14.99!
Best before
This Gewürztaminer has the potential to age for 10 years and more.
Serving advice
The wine should be served well-chilled. As it's bottled under screw cap, decanting half an hour before drinking would be perfect.
Food match
With starters like liver pâté, charcuterie and cheese platter -- or to complement a main course such as wild boar stew with potato dumplings.
Contains sulphites
