This wine is ready to enjoy now, but it should evolve and continue to show well for at least 2-3 years.
Serving advice
This wine doesn't need decanting, but temperature is important. If the wine was in the fridge for more than a couple of hours it will be too cold for the flavors and aromas to reveal themselves. The wine should be cool, not cold. My preference is to serve it around 50-65ºF.
Food match
This wine is a great match with seafood or dishes with a rich, creamy sauce. Think seared scallops, shrimp scampi, or fettuccine Alfredo. It's also delicious with mild cheeses.
