This sweet wine will keep well for a few years, but it is delicious now and I'd recommend enjoying it sooner rather than later.
Serving advice
I expect this wine to show best at 45-55º F, so give it a few minutes in the glass to warm up out of the fridge.
Food match
While this Gewürztraminer is delicious on its own as an aperitif or after dinner wine, there are also some interesting food matches. Try it with soft cheeses, especially some of the stronger ones like Taleggio, Epoisses, Reblonchon, or traditional Alsatian Muenster. For a meal, pair it with spicy Asian dishes. I particularly enjoy it with Thai food.
