- "For centuries, my family have made famous Chablis. Now, thanks to you, I can keep this tradition alive and make wine from one of the most prestigious and historic parts of Burgundy under my own name."
- "The name 'Forets' on the label means this wine comes from a very special place–one of only a handful of the most famous Chardonnay vineyards in France. It's nestled in a subclimate of Montmains where it has an incredible exposure to sun year round in an otherwise much cooler temperate climate."
- "I love to enjoy it alongside some simple grilled fish, or if you want something a little more special, splash out on fresh oysters and shellfish."
