Katie Jones La Gare Fitou 2017

Angels saved this powerhouse vineyard and get ripe, juicy red as a result

    • A warm, juicy full-bodied red that will have you singing its praises after just one glass! Trah Lah Lah Lah Lah!
    • It's like a big expensive Bordeaux blend (one critic called it Bordeaux on steroids) except it's from a region that is less well known and sunnier. That means even riper fruit – and it only costs a fraction of the price!
    • A fanciful Merlot and Cabernet blend full of fruit, fun and life. It needed some time to age, so Joe and Ryan barrel-aged and cellared it for 2 years! And now it's ready to enjoy!

Aging advice
Can be kept for seven to ten years

Serving advice
Open 1/2 hour before serving

Local food match
Hearty heavier meals such as Cassoulet or Daube – will also go with spicy dishes.
