About the wine
This Australian Merlot has muscle!

Best before
This Merlot is delicious now and will age well until around 2023.
Serving advice
I recommend opening 1-2 hours before serving, and decanting if at all possible. The ideal serving temperature is 57-64°F, but don't be afraid to chill slightly in summer.

Jen grew up in a winemaking family and has been sipping legendary Australian wines from an early age. She's been able to travel widely and honed her craft with some of the best names in the business in France and Portugal before coming home to Australia
