It is best to drink this white within a year of receiving it, but it can also easily age for 2 to 3 years.

Please don't overchill the wine as this would somewhat ruin the delicate tastes of the Sauvignon Blanc grape. Observe the serving temperature, please.

- This third-generation French winemaker makes made some of the highest-rated wines while working at Villebois winery, home of his best-selling French wines.
