Rich, textured Chardonnay that is MADE in oak barrels (not just aged in them!)
- Classic Californian Chardonnay, toasty and creamy thanks to a gentle barrel fermentation under Jac's watchful eye.
- Angel funding allowed Jac to secure vineyards early in 2014 which turned out to be a very good year, with loads of winemakers vying for the best balanced and most expressive Chardonnay fruit.
- This Sonoma Chard is perfect with a beautiful salmon fillet. If that sounds delicious to you, keep a bottle of this around for your next rich fish dish.
