My Rebel Sauvignon Blanc is so enjoyable now, but will continue to drink well in the short to medium term until 2021.

My favourite food pairing for my Rebel Sauv Blanc is an antipasto platter, full of cured meats, vegetables and cheeses, enjoyed with my best friends and a beautiful view.
It's also great with salt and pepper calamari, lemon thyme roasted chicken and risotto of spring vegetables.
